What we store

Only what an order needs:

• Your mobile number. It is how you sign in and how we reach you about an order.
• Your name and delivery address. They go on the parcel.
• Your email, if you give one. It is optional and we mostly do not use it.
• Your orders — what you bought, when, and for how much.

We never store card, UPI or bank details. Payment is arranged directly with the studio, so those details never touch this website.

What stays in your browser

Saved items and the delivery details of visitors who have not signed in are kept in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them, and we never see them. Your sign-in session is a cookie that JavaScript cannot read, which is what stops a compromised script from stealing it.

Why we ask for a code

Signing in sends a one-time code to your mobile. That is the only thing proving the number is yours — and it is what lets you edit your own address directly instead of queueing it for a person to check. Codes are stored hashed, expire in minutes, and work once.

Who else sees it

Almost nobody:

• The courier gets your name, address and phone number, because a parcel cannot be delivered without them.
• Our messaging provider carries the WhatsApp and SMS messages we send you.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers. There is no analytics or advertising tracker on this site.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else we delete on request.

Having it changed or deleted

Sign in and open your account to correct your name, address or email yourself. To have your account and details removed entirely, message us on WhatsApp from the number the account is registered to and we will do it. Order records tied to a completed sale may have to be retained for the period above.
